Silicon oxide coating is completely waterproof, but inkjet paper base not waterproof, the cast-coated paper is “semi-waterproof”, should not tough much water.
The difference of transparent based and white based:Transparent base: Colorless, transparent, suitable for glass, crystal, white or light color products, can show the objects own underpainting and shading, scope of application is the most broadest.White based: Mainly for dark or black object, the purpose is to cover the product’s underpainting and shading make more clear, make the designs clearer, such as glass, to make not transparent inkjet paper effect after water transfer printing.
Baking way:Because the water transfer printing process involving widely many products and materials, different degree of heat resistance, operators need to practice, principle is the highest temperature of object itself which can bear, but the highest temperature should not exceed the packing instructions specified.High temperature resistant material such as ceramic baking temperature 100-120 degrees,10 to 15 minutes.Due to metal‘s strong thermal conductivity,100 degrees Celsius baking is ok.Not high temperature resistant like plastic inkjet paper need to bake 50-70 degrees Celsius, for candles, flowers directly to dry.The large goods which is not convenient to put in the oven,directly dry it naturally is ok, but it can not meet best adhesion.Low temperature drying most of the water, and then set to the specified temperature baking, or dry naturally,then baking, so that we can avoid to produce the bubbles.
Characteristic:Make cover coat covers the surface of printing film to achieve no membrane effect, better protection and beautiful, scraping resistance, durable.Surface finishing, the way of cover cover coat of each factory is not the same, such as different transparent resin, varnish, UV, etc., but the sense of common purpose is covering membrane fusion and objects to achieve grain into an organic whole, make the process more perfect inkjet paper products to upgrade and value, such as motorcycle polished “helmet”, furniture of bright surface, by finishing processing.

1. Color inkjet printing paper quality:
Color inkjet printing paper, absorbent on inkjet printing ink drying performance of ink pigment fixation performance affect the inkjet paper effect, so the coating composition and coating structure of color inkjet printing paper to play an important role in the printing effect.
Inkjet printing ink with dye ink, pigment ink, oily ink. 3. Print system
Printing system refers to the temperature and humidity conditions when printing, printer type and print settings, etc..
